EASY (Energy Advice and Support for You) Concierge Service provides Ku-ring-gai homeowners with free, professional advice to assess your home, plan energy-efficient upgrades and find an installer.

Who is the service provided by?
EnergyZE North Shore has received NSW Government funding to provide a limited number of EASY places to Ku-ring-gai residents. The service is delivered by accredited energy advisers from certified social enterprise ZapCat, giving you FREE, professional advice.
What can I do?
EASY can help you explore energy upgrades that will make your home more comfortable, efficient and cheaper to run, including:
- Solar
- Home batteries
- Hot water
- EV chargers
- Insulation
- Windows
Where do I start?
You don't need to know exactly what you want before you begin.
The EASY Concierge Service is completely free, and you can choose how far you want to take the process. You can simply get advice and explore your options, or continue with support through to implementation.

EASY will run intermittently over the next two and a half years, with a limited number of places available for Ku-ring-gai residents. If now isn't the right time, you can register to be notified when new places become available.
