Volunteer with us

• Duke of Edinburgh Award - Contact us for information regarding volunteering with the Bushcare program as part of your Duke of Edinburgh Award.
• Trailcare - Build and maintain popular mountain bike trails in Ku-ring-gai.
• National Tree Day - Plant trees with your community in July each year.
• Fauna monitoring - help track the health of our endangered species (18+ years).
• Streamwatch - collect data on plants, wildlife and health of waterways.
• Net Zero Champions - share ideas and host events to move us towards a cleaner, greener future.

We welcome young people 13+. Volunteers aged 13-17 must have their parent or guardian's consent.

Grants and awards

• Get support for your great idea and help your local environment! Apply for up to $5000 in our Environmental Levy Grants - opens April each year.
• Nominate for the Local Citizen of the Year Awards October each year.
